In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "p977", "we", "us", "our" refers to the p977 platform and its operating entity, which holds the applicable international gaming licence under which the platform operates.
• "Platform" means the p977 website accessible at https://p977.org, including all sub-pages, services, features, tools, and content made available through that domain.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the p977 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account opened by a Player on the p977 Platform, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player into their p977 Account that are available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits issued by p977 that are subject to separate wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-money stake placed by a Player on any game, sporting event, or other outcome offered through the p977 Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that p977 is obligated to conduct before processing withdrawals or upon request at any time.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the currency in which all p977 Accounts are denominated.
• "Prohibited Territories" means jurisdictions from which access to the p977 Platform is restricted, as updated by p977 from time to time at its sole discretion.

2.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with the p977 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and p977 governing your use of the Platform.

2.2 By completing the p977 registration process, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent confirmation, or by simply accessing and using the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full;
• You agree to be legally bound by them;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3; and
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

2.3 If you are using the Platform on behalf of any business, organisation, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms and that the entity itself meets all applicable eligibility requirements.

2.4 p977 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. See Section 14 for details on how amendments are communicated.

3.1 To open and maintain a p977 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not a corporate entity (unless otherwise agreed in writing with p977);
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable local law;
• You have not previously been self-excluded or excluded by p977 from using the Platform;
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of p977 or any of its affiliated entities;
• You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party in connection with any wager or transaction on the Platform.

3.2 p977 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, address, and source of funds at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by p977 may result in account suspension or closure.

3.3 p977 does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is lawful in every jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing p977 is permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction and to comply with all applicable local regulations.

4.1 Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the p977 Platform at any time. The opening of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of the name, email address, payment method, or device used to register.

4.2 When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update your account information promptly in the event of any change. p977 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong password and not share it with any third party;
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Notify p977 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4.4 p977 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your credentials.

4.5 p977 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4.6 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, and at any other time p977 considers appropriate, we may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). This process may include submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and confirmation of the payment methods associated with your account. KYC documentation is handled in accordance with the p977 Privacy Policy.

5.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. p977 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network congestion, or banking system outages. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and are subject to change at p977's discretion.

All funds deposited must originate from a payment account or instrument that is registered in your own name. p977 will not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned and the associated wagers voided.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification. p977 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the Banking section of the Platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any applicable KYC checks.

Withdrawals are subject to minimum thresholds as published on the Platform. p977 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual in size, frequency, or pattern.

5.3 Currency and Exchange

All p977 Accounts are denominated in PKR. Where a player initiates a transaction in another currency — such as a cryptocurrency deposit — the conversion to PKR will be applied at the rate prevailing at the time of the transaction. p977 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.

6.1 p977 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback arrangements, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion, which must be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions.

6.2 Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all p977 bonus offers:

• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device;
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of a Bonus Balance may be converted to withdrawable funds;
• p977 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice;
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6.3 In the event of any dispute regarding bonus eligibility or wagering requirements, p977's determination shall be final and binding.

7.1 All bets placed on the p977 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are published within the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7.2 Bets are final once confirmed by the p977 system. Players are responsible for verifying bet details — including selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming any wager. p977 is not obligated to cancel or amend a confirmed bet on the basis of player error.

7.3 p977 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• Where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or suspended without a result being determined;
• Where a manifest error in odds, lines, or game data is identified;
• Where there is credible evidence of match manipulation, spot-fixing, or corruption affecting the relevant event;
• Where the bet was placed in violation of these Terms or applicable betting rules.

7.4 Cricket betting markets on p977, including PSL and international fixtures, are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published on the Platform. In-play betting markets close at the conclusion of the relevant over, wicket, or innings as specified in those rules.

7.5 Maximum win limits per bet, per event, and per day may apply. These limits are published within the Platform and may be updated from time to time. p977 reserves the right to impose individual account-level limits where it considers this appropriate.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p977 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening or using more than one p977 Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Using the platform if you are under the age of 21;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in a manner that provides an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or any coordinated strategy designed to circumvent the risk model of the Platform;
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate outcomes;
• Depositing or wagering funds that are derived from criminal activity or that are intended for money laundering purposes;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the p977 Platform or its underlying technology.

8.2 p977 employs fraud detection, behaviour analysis, and third-party risk tools to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, p977 may freeze account funds pending investigation. The outcome of any investigation is at p977's sole discretion and is final.

9.1 All content on the p977 Platform, including but not limited to its design, layout, graphics, text, software, game content, trademarks, and logos, is the property of p977 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right or broader licence in respect of any Platform content.

9.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any p977 content without the prior written consent of p977.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p977 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.2 p977 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform may be interrupted due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond p977's control.

10.3 p977's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall in no event exceed the amount of funds held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits p977's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11.1 p977 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at p977.org/privacy-policy.

11.2 By registering a p977 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications.

11.3 p977 will not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party service providers where necessary to operate the Platform, subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

12.1 p977 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. The following tools are available to all registered players at no charge and take effect immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts on your account;
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders or session cutoffs after a defined period of play;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing your session duration and net wagering position;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and block re-registration for a minimum exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12.2 Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open new accounts during the exclusion period. Any account opened in breach of a self-exclusion will be closed and funds returned to the extent required by the applicable licence conditions.

13.1 p977 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• These Terms & Conditions have been breached;
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes;
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires such action;
• The Player has requested closure under the self-exclusion or responsible gaming provisions.

13.2 Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, p977 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Funds will be returned net of any amounts owed to p977 once the investigation is concluded, subject to applicable legal requirements.

13.3 Players who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing may do so by contacting p977 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via the most recent withdrawal method on file, subject to completed KYC verification.

14.1 p977 may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, p977 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised Effective Date.

14.2 It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the p977 Platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should cease using the Platform and close your Account.

15.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which p977 holds its operating licence.

15.2 In the event of any dispute between you and p977, you should first raise the matter with p977's customer support team, who will endeavour to resolve the issue promptly and fairly. p977 aims to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, it may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under p977's operating licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism are available upon request from p977 support.

15.4 Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
